We have listed below our many travel reviews on the quality of service at Venice-Accom.
When choosing a rental agency on the internet, it can be difficult to decide which agency to book through. Many agencies are nothing more than portals listing any apartment or villa who wishes to advertise their property on a site, whereas at Venice-Accom all apartments and villas have been inspected for quality prior to being photographed by us and added to our site. We also monitor the quality of our clients experience by asking each client to give us their travel review at the end of each trip to ensure that quality remains high, any properties that fall below standard are removed from our listings. The staff at Italy Accom were always available and helpful, and there were no issues with transport or key collecting which is a major concern when booking appartments as opposed to hotels. With a little cafe just outside the door and all of the necessities just a short walk away. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice and this cozy apartment made the experience that much better. Apartment Loredano Sep-08 Canada Mixed Group Joanne L. Loredano is a spacious, well-appointed apartment that is truly within 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco once you know the way. The Campo of Santa Maria Formosa is just around the corner and offers a great fruit and vegetable stand plus several cafes and restaurants. A fabulous book store is found in the same neighbourhood. The apartment is stocked with a generous supply of linens. Just don't follow the directions from Rialto. Ask for the directions from San Marco instead - much simpler to get to the apartment from San Marco! We enjoyed our stay very much!

The location was great, very central, close to shops, vaporetto, restaurants, a coop market and ATM. The only negative was some street noise late into the night. I appreciated the detailed instructions with the booking, and everything was as described.

Apartment Corte Nova-Doge Apr-08 USA Older couple Alfred M. Excellent accomodations in recently well renovated and completely upto date small building, quiet street on small canal, easy walk to San Marco and all means of transportation including feet. We were family of 6, requiring 4 bedrooms among us, and these 2 units, on above the other fit the bill perfectly. For a short stay (ours was 6 nites) there's absolutely no reason to pay 1200 euros at the Daniele.
Apartment Vendramin Mar-08 USA Val C. The location was much better and easier to find than the map on website indicates. It is steps from Saint Marks Square. We loved staying right in the midst of everything. We even had a Gondola stand right outside our door. We were very pleased over all.

The location a few minutes from the Rialto away from St Marco was perfect for us and the 4 of us were very comfortable. Do be aware that it is up a few flights of steep and narrow stairs and the welcome letter is dull of pleas to not drag the suitcases up, so be prepared for that. But once inside you will be very comfortable and the apartment is spacious and well maintained. There is no phone but cell coverage is very good.

"Venice was great - the apartment was extremely comfortable and one side of a U shape which has been developed by the Hilton with a great view of the Grand Canal. Daniel Wittstock, their manager, was extremely helpful and ""free"" supplies of breakfast foods were constantly replenished. I was a little concerned about being on La Guidecca but we enjoyed it much more than our previous stay in Venice. All but one of the restaurants and bars we went to did not indulge in the usual Venetian hobby of stinging the tourists and the food was of a much better quality than on the tourist path through San Marco. We found it much more relaxing to be over there - we just bought a 72 hour vaporetto pass and enjoyed riding around the canals. A great experience.

We really enjoyed staying in the apartments provided by Italy-accom and have recommended your web site to many people. So hopefully they will contact you and be as happy as we were. I have a friend who is going to Italy in August so hopefully they will book with you. Probably the best apartment was in Venice, the Bragosso, would definately love to go back there. But really we were very happy with our choices. We now know which areas in each city we loved the most and would want to stay there if we are lucky enough to come back to Italy.

This lovely ground floor apartment is located just off Campo San Maurizio a few minutes walk to the Giglio water bus stop and ideally located for easy access to San Marco, Academia and Rialto. A door from the living room opens onto a small terrace ideal for a sunny breakfast or quiet evening drink. Perfect for two people or up to four as a second bathroom is off the living room. A variety of shops are nearby including a small but well stocked mini supermarket. You know you are in Venice when you wake to the sound of the local church bells at 8.00am. The apartment is a credit to Elisabetta, the owner, who runs a beautifull art gallery near the Guggenheim museum.

The apartment was excellent and the beautiful garden courtyard an added bonus. However, we did find it too small to be comfort-able for four adults. Apartment Campo Sant'Angelo Ireland Liudmyla S. A charming ground floor apartment in an authentic 17-century Venetian house, windows facing a small private court-yard: extraordinarily quiet. Very central: 3 minute walk to La Fenice Theatre, 5 min to the Accademia, 7 min to San Marco. A number of good restaurants and little grocery shops close by. Proprietors are fantastic people who are there for you if you need help

My husband and I were thrilled with our accomodations in Venice. Couldn't have been better. Safe, quiet, luxurious,convenient location, spectacular view. This place has it all. Apartment Caorlina Scottland Sheglad H. I actually stayed in Caorlina which was superb with wonderful views of Zattere and beyond. Lying in bed I would watch the cruise liners slide elegantly past my window! Everything was thoughtfully provided for a very comfortable stay. I must praise Daniel for his exceptional helpfulness and humour. He certainly helped make my all too brief stay run without a single hitch. I can't praise him enough!

This was the first time we had booked over the internet and hoped we had made the right decision. On arriving at the apartment we made our way up the four flight of stairs and opened the door on this beautiful apartment. It was stunning, every room spotlessly clean, very well furnished, everything that was required for our families needs. It was very convenient to everything, had lovely restaurants nearby and a little shop handy for anything you needed. Very clean, comfortable, modern, fantastic location (close to everything but far enough away from the crowds) and a reasonable price. The booking was handled very well. All instructions were very clear and sent in good time. We were met at the door by Riccardo who spoke good English and who was very friendly and helpful (and handsome!). When we left he arranged for a water taxi to meet us at the door and take us directly to the airport. It was expensive (100 euros) but the convenience of arriving in 20 minutes was very much worth it. If we were to return to Venice I would come straight back to the Corte Nova. Very highly recommended.

Apartment Corte Nova-Serenissima Apr-07 USA Suzanne S. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was immaculate and very comfortable for the two of us. It was always a bit tricky to return to it from our daily adventures, but this is the charm of Venice. I noticed that there was a restaurant only a few doors away. Unfortunately it was closed due to illness. The mercato was only a short bridge away to purchase our groceries and a few feet (or meters) from that a very nice wine shop. If you are a runner or a walker, in addition to the walking done in Venice the location of the apartment to a wider riva is a gigantic challenge and only adds kilometers to your daily distances. This was the only time I did not run in Venice, due to all the other tourists I felt it was too crowded for me. If older tourists or those who will have difficulty hoisting their luggage over many bridges to get to the apartment, take a private taxi to the apartment.

We loved the appointments of each room, the airiness and the view of the garden through the living room windows. As with alot of things in Venice, you must love to walk and carry everything over many bridges and stairs. getting to the apartment was no exception. the supermarket and the nearby wine shop were most accomodating. It felt like you were home or renting for awhile.

It was on the top floor which we did not expect but it presented no difficulties for us as we are both able-bodied. Everyone else in the building was also a tourist so it was friendly. We were met at the appartment on time both on arrival and when leaving. Quiet and close to supermarket, food shops and 10 minutes from San marco. We would have preferred a coffee maker to make non espresso coffee but we coped for 1 week. Thoroughly recommend the company and the opportunity offered by having a rented appartment rather than a hotel room.Safe area
Apartment Corte Nova-Terrazzo Jun-07 UK Jane R. Three of us stayed in Corto Nova Terrazzo in June 2007. The apt. was beautifully decorated throughout. Only 5 minutes walk to San Marco. Fantastic stay. We arrived v. late at TSF airport and booked taxi + water taxi to take us straight to our very own water door!! (W used www.mytransfer.it - which was WAY cheaper than all the competition and gave excellent service) - That's arriving in style! Will definitely go back - great value for money and landlord very accommodating - let us leave luggage there until late night flight - no problem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

There is a very nice grocery store less than one minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is in very good condition. All of the appliances and fixtures were very nice quality and functioned well. Riccardo and his parents were gracious and helpful. I would recommend this to friends and would return next time I visit Venice.

The location was excellent, 3 minutes from the vaporetto stop, 10 minutes from the Rialto bridge, pleasant restaurants, shops, and the outdoor food market. Walk almost everywhere connected by a bridge from this location The apartment was pleasant with a sitting room and one large bedroom facing the Grande Canal. Bathrooms modern, simple, and acceptable. modern kitchen which we did not use. Large windows to open and see and hear the boat traffic including gondoliers with singer passing close by. Lovely views throughout the day and night of the Grand Canal. Only negative was that the second bedroom is small and in the back of the apartment with a window on a light and air shaft. With two couples travelling together, you may end up flipping a coin to see who gets the very good front bedroom.

The wonderfully huge and well furnished lounge room gave us the feeling of having our very own palace accommodation. Lovely garden aspect from balcony. Excellent bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Apartment Palazzo Foscarini USA Anon Perfectly located for the small town feel of Venice. Away from the crowds, but easy to get around to all the highlights and also the out-of the-way places. Wonderful access to St. Barnaba area and the Piazza Margherita and it\'s markets and stores are just across the canal. Also check out the potential for concerts at the Carmini across the canal. The balcony is very tiny, but gets the afternoon sun and is ig enough for 2 small chairs and a table that can hold 2 wine glasses. Lovely view over the garden and nicely quiet.

Despite the fact that it was a 3-minute walk to the Rialto Bridge, it was in a quiet location on a side street and was a wonderful escape from the crowds.Three of us shared the 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment. The half bath was tiny but modern. The full bath was large and quite nice. One bedroom was directly off the living room and was very small with one small bed. The master bedroom was larger and very comfortable.The apartment is air-conditioned, which was wonderful. The master bedroom, because of its location, did not benefit as much from the air conditioning (the unit is in the living room), but it was always comfortable for sleeping.The kitchen is small, but well enough equipped. We several meals while we were there.The apartment is perfect for a couple or a couple with either a child or another adult who is willing to take the small bedroom. My husband and I traveled with my sister, and it worked out fine.You can easily walk from the apartment to shops, restaurants, Piazza San Marco, and the vaporetto. We figured out that the apt. cost us about X0 euros per person per night. We think that's an excellent price for the space, facilities and location we got

We just wanted to thank you very much for the service you provided in both booking our accommodation in Rome, Florence and Venice and for answering all my queries when we were in Italy. Each of the 3 apartments (Ottaviano in Rome; Caterina de Medici in Florence; Saint Marks in Venice) were superbly located and, obviously because of the time of year, represented good value. Additionally, each of the people we dealt with concerning the apartments - Pascal, Daniela and Giovanna - was very helpful and attentive to our requests. As Alessandra is Italian we were also given the 'low down' on where the locals shopped and ate out. Our only regret was that we didn't opt for a slightly more expensive apartment in Rome.Caterina de Medici in particular was perfectly suited to our needs and was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. As all apartments had central heating we were always warm - a great benefit with 3 kids. Once again, thanks very much for your assistance in booking our accommodation and in assisting us when we were in Italy. We hope to go again in a few years time and after an obligatory stay in our Cagliari residence we will hit the road and look forward to renewing our acquaintance with your services. Apartment Sandolino USA Joan Mc. We had a wonderful stay at Sandolino in the new Molino Stucky complex. The residence manager, Daniel, was such a gem. He attended to all of our needs with efficiency, kindness, and with a real sense of friendship. The apartment was immaculate and everything promised was delivered. The view from our windows over the Giudecca Canal was exquisite and ahhhhhhh, the air conditioning really worked! We had a delightful stay and will certainly return. The Giudecca is an unspoiled jewel and we appreciated returning here after navigating the hordes of tourists in Venice proper. If the Molino Stucky Hilton doesn't turn this place into the Disney World that much of Venice has become, we will stay here for years to come. We highly recommend the property - and Daniel, who will make sure that you have everything you need to enjoy your trip.

There is a good sized kitchen where you can prepare your own meals and a comfortable lounge area. There are shops nearby with a fabulous local deli. Apartment Tiepolo II Australia John S. We were very impressed with the accommodation in Venice. The location was good and the rooms suited our purpose - ie a holiday with 3 teenage boys! The apartment was clean and very spacious. The kitchen was ok but not as well equipped as it could have been, however that didn\'t affect us as we ate out most days. My only criticism would be that as we arrived late (10pm) it was quite difficult to find our apartment. The taxi driver wasn\'t too sure about the address and we still found it a bit of a walk to reach our accommodation and there was actually a canal right by the apartment which would have been very easy so maybe you need to look at the directions you give the client.I would happily use the apartment again if I visited Venice again and am more than happy to recommend it to others. The local office were charming when we met them the next day and gave us some good recommendations for eating out.

Apartment Vivaldi USA Ed K. Jill, I have already taken the time to write Angelina and Courtney about what a great time we had and how everything went so smoothly but maybe you didn't see that one. The Vivaldi in Venice was great, Paola (?) was very helpful too. She got us a water taxi that arrived exactly on time. In Rome the driver was at the train station holding a card with my name even though the train was very, very late. Courtney was great meeting us at the Del Corso apartment. And the day we left the car and driver and Courtney were waiting in the street at exactly the set time. I have to tell you this, in Rome we met other people (about 60) for an event at the Vatican. We talked up the Del Curso so much that we had 2 groups come just to see it and remember italy-accom. Back in the states I've already referred your website to 2 families. Yes, we were impressed. When you're traveling and taking a chance on some apartment, rather than a regular mundane hotel, and making plans and connections with people you don't know, a lot can go wrong. And that's why we're so happy with Italy-Accom. Thanks,

The apartment is newly renovated and has everything you could ever need, and more."
