It overlooks the Grand Canal in central Venice and is located in a prime location; it is very close to the Rialto Bridge and sits opposite the Venice Municipal Palace.

Tastefully furnished with antiques, this newly restored apartment has Venetian terrazzo on the floors and original paintings on the ceilings.

The spacious apartment comprises of a very large living room with sofa, sofa bed, TV and 3 windows directly overlooking the Grand Canal.

The adjoining dining room is a perfect setting for guests to come together and hold a Venetian style breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The stunning double bedroom also has 3 windows that overlook the Grand Canal.

The bedroom leads to a private bathroom with separate shower and bath.

Equally stunning is the second bedroom which depending on preference has 2 twin beds or 1 double bed.

There is also a convenient second bathroom for use.

The bright kitchen has the modern amenities of microwaves oven, refrigerator and iron.

Apartment Canale Grande Apr-07 USA Mathew W. Italy Accom handled our reservation, check-in and check-out effectively and with helpfulness. We will use them again. The location was excellent, 3 minutes from the vaporetto stop, 10 minutes from the Rialto bridge, pleasant restaurants, shops, and the outdoor food market. Walk almost everywhere connected by a bridge from this location The apartment was pleasant with a sitting room and one large bedroom facing the Grande Canal. Bathrooms modern, simple, and acceptable. modern kitchen which we did not use. Large windows to open and see and hear the boat traffic including gondoliers with singer passing close by. Lovely views throughout the day and night of the Grand Canal. Only negative was that the second bedroom is small and in the back of the apartment with a window on a light and air shaft. With two couples travelling together, you may end up flipping a coin to see who gets the very good front bedroom.
