Venice apartment Corte Nova - Giardino is located on the first floor (no elevator) of a characteristic palazzo in the heart of Venice's Castello district, only a 10 minute walk from Piazza San Marco in this perfectly Venetian setting on a pretty small canal.

The Palazzo has been completely restored in 2005 and has it's own private garden, a laundry for the apartments on the ground floor and a water door which allows you to arrive by water taxi directly to your apartment.

There are also five other apartments in the same palazzo making this an excellent choice for groups traveling together sleeping up to 23 people in the same building:

You enter apartment Corte Nova - Giardino in a hallway which leads to a single bedroom with wardrobe, then leads into a bright living/dining-room which has a view of the Palazzo's private garden.

This living area also contains the kitchen which is perfectly equipped with microwave, american coffee maker, fridge and all utensils necessary to create full meals.

The very modern bathroom has a shower box, WC & bidet.

There is a well stocked supermarket only a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

Apartment Corte Nova-Giardino Apr-08 USA Older couple Alfred M. Excellent accomodations in recently well renovated and completely upto date small building, quiet street on small canal, easy walk to San Marco and all means of transportation including feet. We were family of 6, requiring 4 bedrooms among us, and these 2 units, on above the other fit the bill perfectly. For a short stay (ours was 6 nites) there's absolutely no reason to pay 1200 euros at the Daniele.

Very clean, comfortable, modern, fantastic location (close to everything but far enough away from the crowds) and a reasonable price. The booking was handled very well. All instructions were very clear and sent in good time. We were met at the door by Riccardo who spoke good English and who was very friendly and helpful (and handsome!). When we left he arranged for a water taxi to meet us at the door and take us directly to the airport. It was expensive (100 euros) but the convenience of arriving in 20 minutes was very much worth it. If we were to return to Venice I would come straight back to the Corte Nova. Very highly recommended.
